Conditions of Sale
  • Matsu Gallery guarantees the authenticity of all prints and paintings on the site.
  • If any received items fail to meet the customer's expectations, a full refund will be given as soon as the print or painting has returned to Matsu Gallery. Such items must be returned by registered mail within 7 days.
  • In case of loss or damage, the customer is responsible.
  • Payment for items within 21 days from the date of the invoice. Payment must be completed before items will be shipped.
  • Packaging, insurance and postage are determined per individual order.
  • Clients within the E.U. are subject to V.A.T

  • Other methods of payment include personal cheque/banker's draft (add $20 on orders below $500) and bank transfer.
  • Orders can be made by email or fax.
